Information about the service
What is the service?
This service delivers fast, reliable and scalable connectivity on the Aussie Broadband highspeed fibre network. Aussie Fibre enables a symmetrical bandwidth profile with traffic prioritisation, including high Class of Service (CoS). High CoS provides a committed 1:1 information rate ideal for time-sensitive applications and guaranteed bandwidth 24/7. Availability will depend on location.
Where is it available?
Available as an upgrade to businesses within Aussie Broadband’s Aussie Fibre footprint, your business can access full end to-end fibre installed from the data
centre back to your site with Productiv Internet Services’ Aussie Fibre. However, a fibre build contribution may be applicable. Fixed Wireless and Satellite customers may
be able to access this service following a manual service qualification check, call our team for more information.
What do I need to access the service?
Regardless of the technology type you currently have in place, we will need to install a Network Termination Unit (NTU). You will also need an Ethernet WAN-capable router. Where applicable, we will need to install equipment on the outside and inside (near a power point) of your premises. A person over 18 will need to be available for this appointment.

This service is over a 12, 24 or 36-month term.

Further Information Regarding Pricing
Excess Usage
There is no excess usage charges.
Setup Fee
There are setup fees with this service. $5,000 setup fee for a 12 month contract. $2,500 setup fee for a 24 month contract. $0 setup fee for a 36 month contract.
Fibre Build Contribution Fee
There may be a fibre build contribution fee applicable. Please inquire during your ordering process with us to receive advise if the fee is applicable for your order.
Equipment Fee
You may provide your own modem/router or we can provide one to you for purchase. Please contact our team if you require the purchase of a modem/router for your service.
Exit Fee
If there is an active contract, an exit fee applies of number of months left x monthly charge.
Cancellation fees for orders in-progress
Fees will vary depending on the order’s progress. During planning $750, design phase $2,050, Build/pre-delivery phase $15,000 (ex GST).
Downgrade fees
If a plan is changed to a lower plan then a downgrade charge applies. It costs are calculated by: Reduction in monthly recurring cost x Remaining contract term.
Changes to your Plan
We may make changes to your plan. If the change is materially detrimental to you, we will provide you with 30 days of written notice.
